If it's ordered before 11:00, the whole order finishes printing before the day's courier leaves, it's a same-day material, and the queue is open — it's printed, QC-photographed, and with the courier the same day. Included in the price, not an upsell. The earlier you order, the bigger the part that qualifies.

No minimum quantity — a single prototype is a real order, and most orders here are exactly that. It's built for iterating: print one, test it in your hand, revise, and reorder the next version.
Need a few of something? If the parts are small they stack on one plate and print together in a single run; larger quantities simply add print time. The quote shows the price and dispatch date for your exact quantity before you commit.
±0.25 mm typical on FDM, with a 0.16 mm fine layer option for parts that need it. If a dimension is critical — a bearing seat, a press fit — say so in the order brief and it gets measured before packing.
No — and that's deliberate. REALIS3D specialises in functional single-colour parts: jigs, fixtures, enclosures, brackets, mounts, prototypes. Parts that need to work by tomorrow. Pick any single colour per part; if we don't stock it, we can order it in.
At quote stage your file is priced entirely in your browser — it never touches our servers. When you order, the file is used to produce your part and nothing else. Your designs stay yours; we never print, share, or resell them. Deletion on request. Details in Privacy & your files.
A print that fails on our machine is reprinted at no cost — you'll never pay for our scrap. If a part arrives off-spec against what you ordered, it gets remade or refunded. QC photos before dispatch exist precisely so this almost never happens.
Your quote shows the next dispatch date — usually the next day — at no extra cost. In a hurry? Queue-jump for +50% of your subtotal (minimum R100) and your part prints next, ahead of the line.

Design services aren't offered at launch — but every order includes free printability notes, and obvious file issues (flipped normals, minor mesh errors) are repaired without fuss. If your file needs real design work, we'll say so honestly rather than print something that won't work.
