ABOUT

The anti-factory

Big print farms optimise for throughput. REALIS3D optimises for your part.

Every part that comes through REALIS3D is sliced, checked for manufacturability, watched through its first layers, inspected, and packed by the same hands. Not a different technician per station. Not a camera pointed at a wall of machines. One person, one Bambu Lab P2S, full attention on the thing you actually need.

That's not a romantic choice — it's a quality argument. On a farm, a failing print is a statistic. Here, it's the only thing on the machine, and it gets caught at layer three, not in the box.

If your design has a problem, you hear about it before we print — a wall too thin to survive, a hole that will shrink under-size, an overhang that will scar a visible face. Those printability notes are free, on every order, because reprinting your scrap helps nobody.

Most parts through here are prototypes — a bracket you'll revise next week, an enclosure you need to hold in your hand before you commit to the design, a mount for a drone or rig you're still dialling in. There's no minimum quantity: order one, test it, change it, order the next. That loop — design, print, feel it, refine — is exactly what this is built for, whether you're a student, a maker, or building a product of your own.

REALIS3D is run by Anrich, from Cape Town, and ships nationwide. Questions go straight to the person who prints your part — no ticket queue, no script.

WHAT THAT GETS YOU

Printability notes, free

Every order is checked before it prints. If something will fail, warp, or fit badly, you know first — with a suggested fix.

Proof, not promises

QC photos of your actual part land on your order dashboard before it ships. Flag anything; silence means it's on its way.

Made right, or made again

A print that fails on our machine is reprinted at no cost. If a part arrives off-spec, it gets fixed. That's the whole policy.
